1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of forefront.family, its interfaces, APIs, documentation, labs and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and use the Service only where lawful. You may not use it for or on behalf of a sanctioned person, prohibited jurisdiction, or in violation of any applicable restriction.
2. Experimental service
Forefront is an independent experiment connecting technology themes, public build missions and open-source tools. Roadmaps are goals, not guarantees. A feature, token, repository, allocation, integration or project may change, pause or never launch.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Forefront does not custody assets, operate your wallet, execute transactions for you, provide brokerage services, or guarantee settlement.
3. No advice or fiduciary duty
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting, engineering-safety or tax advice. References to assets, prices, markets, companies and technology sectors are informational themes. Forefront does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold or use any asset, and owes no fiduciary duty to you.
4. Tokens and market risk
Any Forefront token is experimental and may be volatile, illiquid, unavailable or lose all value. Unless binding documentation expressly says otherwise, a token gives no equity, profit share, revenue right, repayment claim, ownership of project assets or intellectual property, guaranteed governance power, or right in a paired company or asset.
A pair is a theme, not a partnership. Forefront is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the companies, networks, tokenized-asset issuers, Pons or Robinhood referenced on the Service unless an official written announcement expressly says so.
5. Wallets and transactions
Wallets are third-party products. You alone control and are responsible for your private keys, seed phrase, devices, approvals, addresses, networks, fees and signatures. Forefront will never need your seed phrase or private key.
Review every request before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, reordered, exploited or permanently recorded. Forefront cannot cancel, reverse or recover a transaction. Only trust exact contract addresses published through official Forefront channels.
6. Build bids and deployments
A signed build manifest created by the Service is a non-financial statement of intent. It does not transfer funds, create an investment, reserve work, guarantee selection or place a record onchain. A separate, clearly described transaction is required for any future onchain action.
Deployments are handed off to third-party hosts and source-control providers. You are responsible for the repository, code, licenses, configuration, security, costs and legal compliance of anything you deploy.
7. Technology risks
Smart contracts, token markets, networks, bridges, RPC providers, APIs, wallets, open-source code and AI-generated output may contain errors, vulnerabilities or malicious components. Public source code, tests, review or an audit does not guarantee security or fitness. Independently review and test anything before consequential use.
8. Open-source software and intellectual property
Software expressly released under an open-source license is governed by that license, including its warranty and liability terms. These Terms do not restrict rights granted by that license. Forefront branding, unreleased software, security-sensitive material and content without an open license remain owned by their respective owners and may not be used to impersonate an official project.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to violate law or sanctions; commit fraud, theft, market manipulation or deception; distribute malware; publish fake official addresses; gain unauthorized access; evade access controls; overload the Service; infringe rights; or facilitate unlawful harm. Good-faith security research must follow any published disclosure policy.
10. Third-party services
The Service may link to wallets, networks, launchpads, exchanges, repositories, data providers and hosting platforms that Forefront does not control. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, fees and security apply to your use. A link or integration is not an endorsement or warranty.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, CONTENT, APIS, DATA, SOFTWARE, SMART-CONTRACT INTERFACES AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY OR AVAILABILITY.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREFRONT AND ITS MAINTAINERS, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF TOKENS, FUNDS, PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, PRIVATE KEYS OR USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE OPERATOR IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where such a limitation is prohibited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Forefront and its maintainers, contributors and contractors from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, submitted content, or transactions you authorize. This does not require a consumer to indemnify Forefront for conduct where prohibited by law.
14. Availability, termination and changes
Forefront may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue the Service for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using it at any time. Updated Terms will show a revised effective date and apply prospectively where required. Open-source grants already made remain governed by their licenses.
15. Disputes and general terms
Mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Until an operating entity and governing jurisdiction are formally identified, these Terms impose no private arbitration requirement or exclusive venue; a dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue.
16. Contact
Questions or legal notices may be sent through the official @ForefrontRH channel until a dedicated legal contact is published. Also review the Privacy Notice and risk disclosures.
